1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Collect-a-Palooza website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Event Registration

By registering for a Collect-a-Palooza event, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Event registrations are non-transferable and may not be resold. Collect-a-Palooza reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion.

3. Table & Equipment Rentals

Table and equipment rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. By completing a rental reservation, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for the condition of your rented table during the event.

• Any damage to rented equipment may result in additional charges.

• Tables must be used only within your designated vendor space.

• Rentals are non-transferable to other vendors or attendees.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales, registrations, and rental fees are final. Collect-a-Palooza does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

• Event cancellations by the registrant

• No-shows on the day of the event

• Unused table or equipment rentals

• Schedule conflicts or personal emergencies

In the rare event that Collect-a-Palooza cancels an event, we will make every effort to reschedule and honor existing registrations. Refunds will not be issued for cancelled events but credit may be applied toward a future event at our discretion.

5. Vendor Conduct

All vendors and attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Collect-a-Palooza reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund for disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior.

6. Liability

Collect-a-Palooza is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, displays, or personal belongings during any event. Vendors and attendees attend and participate at their own risk.

7. Changes to Events

Collect-a-Palooza reserves the right to modify event details including dates, times, venue, and table assignments. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of any significant changes.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our site or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
